Philips TV – Hospitality Mode Configuration Guide
(Advanced Mode + Default HDMI 1)
🔧 1. Access Service / Hospitality Menu

Turn on the TV

Using the remote, press the following sequence:
HOME → 3 → 1 → 9 → 7 → 5 → 3 → MUTE

The Professional / Hospitality Menu will appear
🏨 2. Enable Hospitality Mode
⚙️ 3. Activate Advanced Mode

Go to:
[Professional Settings] → [Advanced Settings] -
Enable:
-
Advanced Mode → ON
-
This unlocks full control (inputs, startup behavior, restrictions, etc.)
🔌 4. Set Default Input to HDMI 1
🔒 5. Lock Input Source (Optional but Recommended)
To ensure the client cannot change from HDMI 1:

Go to:
[Input Control / Source Settings] -
Configure:

Disable all inputs except:
-
✅ HDMI 1
-
❌ HDMI 2 / AV / TV / Apps
-
-
🔁 6. Set Power Behavior

Go to:
[Power Settings] -
Configure:
-
Power On → ON
-
Auto Power On → Enabled
-
RC Lock (Remote Control Lock) → Optional

💾 7. Save Configuration
✅ Expected Final Behavior

TV always boots on HDMI 1
-
Hospitality Mode is active
-
User cannot modify critical settings
-
Device behaves consistently for client environments (hotels, signage, etc.)
